After the book launch and exhibition opening of The Artist as Explorer | Madelon Hooykaas at Landhuis Oud Amelisweerd, which is on view until November 12th, Madelon Hooykaas presented her new interactive publication during Eye on Art: Madelon Hooykaas - The Artist as Explorer at the Eye Filmmuseum in Amsterdam. This evening featured six short films and videos, a Q&A by art historian and curator Jacqueline Grandjean. 

Last month Interwoven. Diana Scherer. Excersises in Root System Domestication, an innovative research in grown plant root textiles and material by artist Diana Scherer was launched in conjuction with the large solo exhibition Farming Textiles in Museum Kranenburgh in Bergen, NL (October 1, 2023 - March 10, 2024).

Diana Scherer's latest book will launch on September 30th during the exhibition opening of the large solo exhibition Farming Textiles in Museum Kranenburgh in Bergen that will run from October 1st to March 2024.

The monograph -- / BLAST / HEAT / Han schuil with a stunning design by PutGootink will launch at the beginning of September. Simultaneously Han Schuil's solo exhibition at Oud Amelisweerd country house, organized by the Centraal Museum will open and can be visited from September 2nd until November 12th 2023.

Jap Sam Books, patricia kaersenhout, designer Eva van der Schans (Inedition), and Bonnefanten are proud to announce the launch of a fundamental monograph exploring patricia kaersenhout's artistic practice and oeuvre over the years, simultaneously with kaersenhout's solo exhibition (10.06.23-05.11.23) at Bonnefanten in Maastricht.

As we speak, The Best Dutch Book Designs 2021 are on display in an exhibition at the Shanghai Art Book Fair 2023, and closer to home at GRID Groningen! Our publication Rollable Ramblings. We are excited to announce the nomination the Prix Bob Calle 2023 of jaune, geel, gelb, yellow. Monochrome by artist Antonis Pittas, designed by Alex Farrar! Publisher Eleonoor Jap Sam, and artist Antonis Pittas will attend the prize ceremony on June 8th in Paris. This award has been created to show and celebrate the particular art form that is the artist's book, and to help its recognition and international influence.
